We bought from new, it`s in excellent condition, has a bath with shower over- so great for families with little ones. It`s on Whitley Bay/Park Resorts. 5 minutes walk from a wide sandy beach and St Mary`s lighthouse/ bird sanctuary. Close to Tynemouth with quirky shops and lots of restaurants. 30 mins into Newcastle and about an hour to Alnwick Castle(Hogwarts) and beautiful Northumberland villages and beaches,
