Amazing views, with islands such as Islay, Gigha, Jura and Rathlin Island visible on a clear day.

This holiday home is a Glamping Plus experience! Using eco-friendly solar and 70% recycled materials for the verandah, your carbon footprint is reduced. But unlike some glamping experiences, you do have all the main comforts of home.

Sightings of seals, otters, dolphins, whales and myriad birds..none guaranteed, but all have been viewed without even leaving. A verandah with glass sides to relax on and be sheltered from the wind..... The pebbly beach a hop and a jump away, ideal for beachcombing, fire-lighting... The sound of the sea lapping or crashing depending on its mood!... The opportunity of living off grid.. reliant on solar power.

Three cabins -1 main double bedroom , two small doubles (each for one) . We take a max of 3 people, so ideal for 3 singles wanting their own bedrooms * a comfortable lounge/dining area with plenty of cushions and seating. * all the equipment you need, with a practical kitchen with full-size LPG cooker and larder fridge. * a shower room with toilet and basin. * central heating and hot water, powered by LPG. * solar power for lights, fridge, charging laptops etc. * bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. The use of earth-friendly hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and washing up liquid. 

Electricity is limited to what can be powered by the solar array:  no freezer, microwave, elec kettle (hob one is efficient). No  hair dryers and other small appliances as they are likely to make the fridge go off! No WiFi... mobile signal not bad but this is not the place for tech junkies, unless you want to detox. No neighbours! The road runs nearby, but you are on your own on the seaward side.
